I’m trying out this new method for connecting with the Community.
I had been ‘trapped’ between ignore requests to meet or letting it kill my calendar.
This is my attempt to ‘solve’ this and find a balance by doing office hours once a week with 20 min slots.
I know that is a short time frame, not to mention being a little task orientated and impersonal, but I’ve found that a focused 20 min meeting allows us enough time to accomplish specific and well thought out objectives like a specific request for help, a request for specific connection, or just just an introduction meeting for us.
